Shitang town is a town under the jurisdiction of Wenling City, Zhejiang Province. It is located in the southeast of Zhejiang Province. It is a combination of Shitang, Ruoshan and diaobang. The area is 28.2 square kilometers (2017), the coastline is 58.6 km, and the permanent population is 68807 (2017). It has jurisdiction over 58 administrative villages, including 54 pure fishing villages. In 2001, it ranked 52nd among the 100 most developed townships (towns) in the province. Regional overview

The first light of dawn in the New Millennium Chinese mainland, the East Cape of Good Hope, Shilun Town, is located in the southeast coast of Wenling. It is an ancient fishing village town, formerly known as Shisun mountain, and originally an island.
