Jinan around city park, located in Lixia District, Jinan City, Shandong Province, is a bright pearl shining in Jinan.

Around the city park is built along the moat of Jinan, with a total length of 6.26 km. It connects Baotu Spring Group, pearl spring group, Heihu spring group, Wulongtan spring group and Daming Lake with beautiful and elegant garden buildings and green water. It forms a Landscaping Center with spring water in the center of the lake as its feature, making the spring city scenery more beautiful.

Along the East moat of the park is the four seasons garden, and from north to South are winter garden, spring garden, summer garden and autumn garden.

The winter garden is planted with pine, bamboo and plum, which is the best place to enjoy. The spring scenery garden is full of green belts, and the spring scenery is charming. The summer scenery garden is surrounded by durian forest, and the summer woods are shady. At the east end of nanhucheng river is the spring stone garden with black tiger spring as the center. Black tiger spring sprays jade and sounds like a tiger roaring. More than 20 spring pools, such as jiunu spring, Baishi spring, Mayao spring and Pipa spring, are surrounded by stars and moon. The grotesque rocks beside the spring form a spring stone garden. The antique buildings, such as Qingyin Pavilion, Wulian Pavilion, Pipa bridge, moon accompanying Pavilion, golden tiger Pavilion and duibao Pavilion, are different in style, and are integrated with springs, mountains, rocks, flowers and trees.

The flower garden was built in the former site of "May 3rd" street. In the center of the garden, there is a memorial of "Jinan Massacre". The weeping willows on the Bank of the flower, and the climbing plants along the river: all kinds of rose flowers are planted in the garden, which are fragrant and gorgeous in all seasons. The stream garden is in Wulongtan park. The spring water of Wulongtan is clear. Jiefang Memorial Pavilion is located in the southeast corner of Huancheng Park, across the river from the famous heihuquan. On September 24, 1948, Jinan was liberated. In 1965, Jinan Municipal People's government decided to build Jiefangge here. Marshal Chen Yi inscribed "Jiefangge" in three big characters, engraved with stone and inlaid with gold on the south side of the platform base. Later, due to historical reasons, Jiefangge has always had no platform It was rebuilt in May 1985.

Jiefangge platform is 11 meters high, 2.14.1 meters high, with a construction area of 618 square meters. The pavilion is divided into two floors. The bottom floor is the memorial hall. In the center of the hall stands a three meter high group sculpture. Eight 35 meter stone relief sculptures are inlaid on the exterior wall of the Memorial Hall. The second floor is the viewing hall. Outside the viewing hall is a 1.8 meter wide terrace, with a total length of 108 meters The inscriptions recorded the fighting process of Jinan campaign and the historical significance of building the pavilion.

The May 3rd Memorial Pavilion is located in the May 3rd flower memorial garden in the south section of the western protection city. A monument to the May 3rd massacre is erected in the garden. The monument records that in April 1928, under the pretext of "protecting the overseas Chinese", the Japanese invaders sent troops to Jinan. On May 3rd, they raided the Chinese army and killed innocent people. Cai Fenshi, an official of the Shandong negotiation Department of the Ministry of foreign affairs, and other 18 people were humiliated and killed On the 11th, the whole city was captured, and the Japanese army suspended 18 orders. More than 6000 people were killed and raped by the Japanese army and the people of our country, causing countless losses. It is known as the May 3rd massacre in Jinan in history. On May 3, 1998, on the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the tragedy, it was renovated according to its original appearance to inspire the light of the Chinese nation.
