Zhaitang city site is a road leading to the capital in the East and Hebei Province in the west to the Mongolian Plateau. It was built here in the Ming Dynasty to guard the ancient road. Zhaitang city in the Qing Dynasty was not only the base of Qijia branch in Wanping County, but also the base of Pingluo camp. There are four places in the city: Baofeng temple, Maitreya temple, goddess temple, the Dragon King Temple, stage, Guan Yu Temple, fairy goddess palace, Tomb of Ming Mao Lifang, Town God's Temple square, 1 square meters long and wide. It was built in the late Wanli period of Ming Dynasty. There are three East-West streets in the city. In 1801, the southern city wall was destroyed by the Qingshui River. In 1937, the top building of the East Gate burned down, and the west gate was demolished by the Japanese army in 1937.
