The new pavilion of China International Exhibition Center is located on the Bank of Wenyu River in Tianzhu Airport City, Shunyi District, Beijing. It is 1.5km to the east of Capital International Airport, close to Tianzhu Industrial Development Zone and Wenyu River green ecological corridor. It is planned to be located in the public business park of "airport city". The overall layout of the exhibition center comes from the river, and the main axis of the exhibition hall comes down in one continuous line with Wenyu River, making the new exhibition center another green scenic spot in Wenyu river ecological corridor.

The new pavilion of China International Exhibition Center is located on the Bank of Wenyu River in Tianzhu Airport City, Shunyi District, Beijing. The whole building complex starts from south to north along Jingshun expressway. Two expressways, Jingcheng Expressway and airport expressway, pass through from both sides in the east-west direction. The north-south direction is connected with two expressways, the Fifth Ring Road and the sixth ring road. The main entrances and exits of the exhibition hall are equipped with bus, taxi and bus stops. In the urban planning, there is No.15 light rail directly to the exhibition hall, which provides the most convenient means of transportation for the audience from the urban area.

Introduction to the exhibition hall

The new China International Exhibition Center's internal regional municipal traffic is connected with the external municipal traffic, and the distribution is convenient. All kinds of motor vehicles have their own traffic flow lines, and each way does not affect each other.

As a key project of Beijing, new China International Exhibition Center will become the largest modern exhibition facility with first-class facilities in China.

The new China International Exhibition Center project is divided into three phases. 1、 The second phase uses 200 hectares of land, with a total construction area of about 660000 square meters; the third phase uses 70 hectares, with a total construction area of about 870000 square meters. After the completion of the whole exhibition hall, the usable indoor exhibition area reaches 200000 square meters, including 16 separable single-layer, pillar free and large space exhibition halls; the building area of comprehensive supporting facilities is 1.03 million square meters, including comprehensive commercial buildings (equipped with shopping, catering, fitness, entertainment and other facilities) Hotel, business office building (including conference center, business center, technology exchange center, news release center, etc.), exhibition museum, exhibitor apartment and other facilities.

Each single exhibition hall is 168 meters long and 70 meters wide. The exhibition hall can be used separately.

The clear height of the standard exhibition hall is 13-17 meters, and that of the multi-function exhibition hall is 16-19.5 meters.

The bearing capacity of the hanging point of the exhibition hall is 60kg per point

The floor load of the exhibition hall is 5-8 tons per square meter.

Every 1500 square meters of the exhibition hall is equipped with a purchase door, which can be used for both goods flow and people flow. The use size is 5 meters * 5 meters.

The exhibition hall area provides sufficient water and electricity supply interfaces for exhibitors.

Two 400 meter long and 9 meter wide corridor type circular areas are equipped with spectator leisure and comprehensive service facilities.

The four visitor landing halls are equipped with facilities for audience reception, inquiry, login, electronic ticket checking, VIP reception, news, bank, post office, etc., and can hold the opening ceremony of the exhibition.

Conference room situation

The first floor of the complex building is the conference area, with 1 conference room for 300 people, 3 conference rooms for 100 people, press release hall, fire control room and office in the west wing; VIP area is near the west end, with independent entrance and exit. There are 1 meeting room for 200 people, 2 meeting rooms for 100 people and several small meeting rooms in the east wing; shops, cafes and business centers are arranged near the traffic hall; customs quarantine hall, reception and office rooms are set in the East.
