Former site of Huguang guild hall in Beijing

The former site of Huguang guild hall is located in the south of the east entrance of luomashi street in Xuanwu District (West of the original Hufang bridge). It is a key cultural relic in Beijing. It was first built in 1808, with a total area of more than 43000 square meters. The gate of the former guild hall faces to the East with exquisite brick carvings. There are theatrical buildings, main hall, Xiangxian Ci and gardens in the hall. The theater building is in the front of the guild hall. There are two upper and lower floors on the north, East and west sides, which can accommodate thousands of people. Huguang Guildhall is one of the famous Guildhall in Beijing. Its theater and back building are well preserved.
