Crescent Gorge

Heilong gorge is the narrowest, with cliffs on both sides and towering rocks

After the clear crescent lake, we come to the narrowest part of Bailong gorge. It is located in the middle of Jinsi gorge, 3800 meters away from the gate of the gorge. It is the narrowest part of Heilong gorge, with flagpole peak on one side and Maoer cliff on the other. Looking up from the bottom of the valley, the light comes in through the cracks in the cliff, like a curved crescent moon. Therefore, it is called crescent moon gorge, also known as "Tiankeng Dixie" and "tianxie Yixian".
