Shaoqing Garden

Located in Pudong, Qiandeng, north of Shaoqing Road, it is a Neolithic Liangzhu Cultural site, known as the "pyramid of Chinese vernacular architecture", and listed as "China's major archaeological discovery in the 20th century". During the Yongle period of Ming Dynasty, qiandunpu was dredged and the mud was piled up in Yangshan of Wenpu.

In memory of Yuan Fu, Shaoqing of Taichang temple, who made great contributions to Junpu, it was named Shaoqing mountain. Due to the long-term building of houses and the continuous collection of mud in 1958, 1977, 1983 and 1984, or the construction of highway piers, only one third of the mountain remained. A large number of stone knives, stone axes, 19 pieces of tomb jade and several pieces of pottery were found during the excavation, which were identified as Neolithic relics.
