Yin Yang boundary

After passing baishagang from riyueping, I came to a viewing platform. It's only a short distance from Yin and Yang. You can feel the strangeness of yin and Yang just from the name. It is the most worth seeing scenic spot on Xiling Snow Mountain.

The boundary between yin and Yang is a long and narrow ridge that only allows two people to walk side by side. The top of the ridge is only 2 meters wide. The reason why it is famous is that it is the junction of the front mountain and the back mountain. Secondly, it is the boundary between Sichuan Basin and Qinghai Tibet Plateau. If we catch up with the good weather, we can see different scenes on both sides of the mountain. On one side, there is a clear sky and a clear blue sky; on the other side, there are clouds and mists. Standing on the boundary of yin and Yang, tourists are said to have a unique feeling of "a mountain separating Yin and Yang" when their bodies are wrapped by cold and warm air currents.

The boundary of yin and Yang is the scenic spot of Mount Tai in Shandong Province. It is located near Changshou bridge and Heilongtan in Mount Tai in Shandong Province. It is the quintessence of the scenery of Mount Tai West Road.

Changshou bridge lies on the top of Heilongtan. The bridge is 23 meters long and spans Xixi River. The shape of the bridge deck is like a crescent moon, like a rainbow lying on the waves. On both sides of the bridge are arrow shaped iron fences, painted red, reflecting the green mountains and waters. It is exquisite, unique and beautiful.

At the top of Baizhang cliff, on the shiping to the south of Changshou bridge, there is a light white rock belt across the vertical river valleys on both sides. It looks like a white stripe embroidered on the edge of the cliff. Because of the long-term running water, the surface is as smooth as a mirror, and the color is bright and eye-catching. If you cross it carelessly, you will fall into the cliff and die in the valley, so it is called "Yin Yang world".

Shiping under the bridge is a kind of light gray monzonitic granite, which belongs to the plutonic intrusive rock formed by magma condensation crystallization. Its lithology is relatively simple, and it is mainly composed of plagioclase, microcline, quartz and a small amount of biotite. Because the horizontal joints of this rock are relatively developed, after long-term weathering and erosion and stream erosion, such a wide and smooth large stone flat is formed.

The "Yin Yang boundary" is actually a granitic dike, which is light gray white and 1-1.2m wide. The strike of the dike is 130 ° southeast and occurs vertically in monzonitic granite. Its main mineral components are plagioclase, quartz and microcline. It is formed by the intrusion and crystallization of granitic solution along the fissures in monzonitic granite during migmatization.

The boundary between the granite vein and the surrounding rock is very clear, with stable occurrence, straight-line extension and distinct contention. It is also located at the edge of dongbaizhang cliff. The terrain is steep. The ancients regarded the granite vein as the boundary between yin and Yang, which is called "Yin and Yang boundary". Although there are some exaggerations, it has a warning effect on tourists. At the same time, it is also the wind of Changshou bridge Light adds a bit of mystery.
