Jiuxian mountain is located 20 kilometers north of Qufu City. It is said that in ancient times, nine fairies secretly went down to earth after the Queen Mother's feast and the group of fairies were drunk. They were infatuated with the beauty of the world and became the name of nine fairies. This was the site of the battle of Qilu Changshao at the end of the spring and Autumn period.
Jiuxian mountain is a place of mutual beauty. More than 40 places of interest and miraculous natural landscapes, represented by Bixia temple, are scattered among the clear mountains and beautiful waters. The mountains are emerald and the spirit is overflowing. It has become another famous mountain in the south of Shandong Province between Tai and Yi, known as "xiaotai mountain".

Self driving: (1) G3 (Jingfu) Expressway - get off the north exit of Qufu - walk 3 km to the Northwest - about 20 minutes drive; (2) g1511 (Ridong) Expressway - get off the south exit of Qufu - go northward along national highway 104 and pass through the center of Qufu - continue to drive about 25 km according to the scenic spot signs - about 40 minutes drive after getting off the expressway. It's about 90 minutes by car
