Jingzhi temple is located in caochang Hutong, Xinli street, Dingzhou City, Hebei Province. It was built in 977, the second year of Taiping rejuvenating the country in the Northern Song Dynasty.

The underground palace faces south in an irregular square shape. The east wall is 2.2 meters long, the west wall is 2.1 meters long, and the north wall is 2.17 meters long. The palace gate is brick arched, 0.63M wide, 0.81M from the east wall and 0.76M from the west wall. At the beginning, the bottom of the palace gate was built with four layers of brick, and a square stone slab was placed on it, straight over the top of the ticket. The total height of the tower foundation is 2.34 meters, and the height of the wall is 1.1 meters. The upper part of the wall is a brick bucket arch like component, and the four corner brick round brick columns are painted, highlighting the feeling of carved beams and painted buildings. Brick cover bucket type roof, top cover a stone carving Xieshan type roof.
