Juguang building

·Hu lianpi, the defense commander of Jinmen, was built in 1952. It imitates the three-story architecture of ancient Qilin Pavilion, with magnificent appearance and extraordinary bearing.

Juguang building

Juguang building is located in Jinmen County, Fujian Province. It was built in 1952 by Hu Lian, the commander of Jinmen defense, and designed by Shen Xuehai, a famous architect. Juguang building is a palace like building made of cement and steel, with cornices, painted buildings, green tiles and red columns, and elegant style. The structure of the house is hard mountain purlin. Juguanglou is used to commend the heroic deeds of the soldiers stationed in Jinmen and to carry forward the spirit of never forgetting Ju. It is a symbol of the battlefield spirit of Jinmen.

In May 1952, Jiang Zhongzheng inspected Kinmen and inscribed "never forget Ju". Soon after, Hu Lian, the commander of the defense of Kinmen, built the Hero Hall and named the house after the allusion of "never forget Ju", which is the origin of the house.

Juguang building has been one of the most famous scenic spots in Jinmen for a long time. It is located beside Juguang Lake in Jincheng. It is an ancient castle style building with a height of three stories. From the top of Juguang building, you can see the panoramic view of Houpu, the sea tide of Wujiang River, the scenery of Jiangong Island, Lieyu island and the mountains and rivers of the mainland. It has become the first stop for many guests to visit Jinmen. It has also become a famous landmark of Jinmen in the field of war with Leshi, which is "never forget Ju". The word "Ju Guang Lou" on Bian's forehead was inscribed by Lai Shengming.

"Juguang building" is planned as an exhibition hall, with multimedia introduction to the current situation of Jinmen, pictures of Jinmen construction achievements, introduction of tourism resources and historical relics, etc. The first floor is the briefing room, the second floor is the achievements of the construction of Kinmen and local customs, and the third floor is the first stop for tourists to visit Kinmen after the lifting of military control on November 7, 1992. Go down along the Juguang building and pass by the Juguang lake. The lakeside is planned to be "Jinmen County Tourism Service Center", which includes Jinmen County Tourism Association, Travel Association and Hotel Association.
