Chenghuang Hall

The Chenghuang hall is located at the east end of Zhenjie street. It was built in the late Ming Dynasty. The hall is spacious, with three entrances in front and back. The building is magnificent, with cornices and angles. It is the most magnificent temple in all directions. There are three main halls, which are tall.

Introduction to scenic spots

Carved couplets on the stone pillars of the Mountain Gate: snow takes advantage of the strong wind to occupy the countryside for a few days; clouds take advantage of the rain to hide from the world for a short time. On the left and right sides of the mountain gate are the side gates of the stone storehouse. The mountain gate is connected with wanniantai, on which is the plaque of "ancient and modern mirror" in Yiji year of Yongzheng reign (1725). The rain corridor in front of the platform is connected with the main hall. On the East and west sides of the hall are the opera watching tower, and on the bottom are "ancestral hall of Lu Xiaozi" and "ancestral hall of Zheng Gong". The roof is decorated with "Yunlong" on the ridge, with a bronze mirror in the middle, four characters of "guotaiminan" on both sides, an angled cornice, and a straight gold plaque of "lefengyong town Houli" with lace hanging under the cornice. The stone pillars in the hall are decorated with fine relief. On the left and right pillars, there are two dragons dancing their claws and hovering in the air. There is a square table in the middle of the hall, on which sits the City God "Yong Zhen Hou Li". Beside it is a sitting statue of his son in the palace. The statue is dignified and dignified. The three main rooms of the hall are fifteen buildings on each side, with large courtyards, and flower beds on both sides, with two Wutong trees. To the east of the mountain gate are yonganqiao and Shuige, which are "ZHUGE Wuhou Temple", "Tianyi hall" and "Tang and Ma Temple". At the beginning of the Republic of China, there were cotton and cloth Guildhall and Shengsheng flower shop. In 1922, the school was built in the east wing and the main hall. Under the corridor of the front hall, there are stalls for measuring characters, inlaying teeth and divination. The market is crowded and noisy. At the beginning of the people's Republic of China, Buddhist activities were as old as before. In 1958, a blast furnace was built inside the hall, which was damaged.
