Xiting spring, also known as Wang's Xiting spring, is located 8 meters east of Zhenzhu spring. The pool is 2 meters long, 1.8 meters wide and 2 meters deep. It is built with natural stones and surrounded by stone barriers in the south, North and West. To the East is a rockery made of rocks, which is simple and natural. On the rocks is engraved with the three characters "xitingquan" inscribed by Wang ne (Mo Xian).

It was once listed as 72 Famous Springs in Jin, Ming and Qing Dynasties. Jinan is now one of the new 72 springs.

In people's hearts, xitingquan must be connected with the famous poetess Li Qingzhao's rumengling.

According to records, in ancient times, the Xiting spring was close to Zhuoying lake and connected to Daming Lake in the north. The water surface was wide enough for boats. Even in the Ming Dynasty, the water potential in this area was still strong. Wang Xiangchun, a poet of the Ming Dynasty, described in his book Qilu Jinan Baiyin, the scene of spring flourishing in this area at that time: "a stream, a slab bridge, washing clothes and stones to draw water.".
