Jiutian Pavilion is located in Kaiyuan city, Yunnan Province. It used to be Kuixing Pavilion in Amin Wenchang palace. Once upon a time, it was a high-rise building in amizhou. Built in 1728, it was rebuilt in the reign of Emperor Guangxu and renamed Jiutian Pavilion in the early Republic of China.
