According to the records of "rebuilding Shanyang County annals", the temple was rebuilt by Cao Yudui in Wanli period of Ming Dynasty (1573-1620) and rebuilt by Xu Shu in Kangxi period of Qing Dynasty (1662-1722). Hanhou ancestral hall was originally built with main hall, middle hall, front hall and some other ancillary buildings. The temple faces south, 23 meters wide from east to west and 130 meters long from north to south. The front of the hall is the gate with a plaque of "Han and Han Marquis Temple".
