Huanghe Hongliu park is located in Huinong County, along the Yellow River to Lihe Township, covering an area of more than 50000 mu.

The 50000 Mu red willow forest is sandwiched by the Yellow River and Jiahe River in the 5 km long Tianshui line, forming a natural "Lake Island". Take a boat to cross the 15 meter wide Jiahe River and enter the red willow forest area. The dense red willow forest makes it difficult for visitors to visit. In the center of hongliulin, there are two broad grasslands, which provide a good space for leisure and entertainment. To the east of hongliulin is the surging Yellow River; to the northeast of hongliulin is the Shizuishan Yellow River bridge between the two provinces; to the southeast of hongliulin, across the river, are the boundless Inner Mongolia prairie and the Hongyazi Qiuling Valley in Taole.
