Shuangshanbao site

It is located in shuangshanbao village of Huangliang Township in the east of the city. It is 7.5km away from the ancient Great Wall Site in the north, belonging to the ancient castle along the Great Wall. The platform was built in 1474, the 10th year of Chenghua in Ming Dynasty. It was rammed with loess and wrapped with green bricks during Wanli in Ming Dynasty.

The castle is 450 meters long from north to South and 340 meters wide from east to west. The castle is 8.7 meters high and 6.8 meters thick. The original East, West and South gates have been demolished. There are three official hall, master temple, Buddha Hall, Dragon King Temple and Kuixing tower in the castle.
