Hanmi waterfall

Hanmi waterfall is located in Hanmi station, Beibeng Township, Motuo County. The waterfall has three layers, with a drop of 400 meters, also known as "San diequan". Layer upon layer, passing through clouds and fog, galloping from the top of the mountain, falling into the deep valley of the secluded river. The top layer of the multi-layer waterfall falls down from the snow peak high into the sky, arousing the misty water vapor all over the valley, and the "rumbling water sound" roars in the whole valley. The second layer of waterfall has a sharp water potential and a wide waterfall surface. It flows out slowly from the high green trees and then falls down rapidly. The bottom layer slants to a huge rock, twists and turns, and flows down to the duoxiongla River, forming deep pools. Due to the large fall of the multi-storey waterfall, when the sun shines, the waterfalls reflect colorful rainbows, which make the scenery on both sides of the valley more gorgeous.

Traffic information: generally, you can fly to Lhasa to Motuo first, and then transfer the coach to paixiang, Milin County, Linzhi Area. When you enter Motuo on foot from Pai township of Milin County, you cross the duoxiongla pass in the Himalayas, and then follow duoxiongla to Beibeng township of Motuo. Hanmi waterfall is on the way on foot, and then go up the north of Yarlung Zangbo River to Motuo County. The whole journey is about 115 km, and it takes 4 days to walk.
