Tianchi, formerly known as qingshibu, is located in the southeast Lake area after producing high-quality building stone "tea garden Qingbi stone". Southeast Lake area is the earliest Lake area to develop tourism in Qiandao Lake. The stone produced in this area is tough, soft and even. Before excavation, the stone is relatively soft. The size and thickness of the stone are taken according to the needs. After mining, the stone will gradually harden in the wind and rain, and it is not suitable for weathering. When you go to Tianchi Island, you can see the stone carvings engraved with "the most beautiful water in the world" on the stone wall. The Dragon characters can be seen everywhere in the scenic area. Among them, there is a huge wild grass "dragon" written by Sha Menghai, a famous calligrapher in China, when he was 87 years old. On the next step, there is a dragon inscription Gallery, displaying 25 dragon characters with different charm, all of which are made by famous calligraphers in China. In Tianchi District, there is a huge stone relief. On the left is the legend of the origin of Tianchi, and on the right is the huge engineering scene of ancient tea garden bluestone mining.
