Stilwell Road (North line)

Stilwell road is a part of Yunnan Burma Road. It was built by the Chinese army in 1944 after the victory of the counter offensive in western Yunnan and northern Myanmar. It is a road from leduo in Northeast India to Kunming in Yunnan, China. It is known as the "Anti Japanese lifeline". Stillwell road from India to Myitkyina, Burma, after the departure of the two lines, North and south, the south line through Burma Bhamo, South Kan to China's Mun ting; the north line passes through Burma to the village, through China's monkey bridge port, through Tengchong to dragon Ling, the two line eventually connected with the Burma Road. The most amazing thing is that there are 24 180 degree turns on the road climbing to the top of the mountain, which can be called the wonder of the world highway. "24 turns" has also become an important sign on the Yunnan Burma highway and Stilwell highway.
