Big knife

Dadaoyi is a mountain peak in the north of the new territories. It is 566 meters high and located in the Lam Tsuen country park, Tai Po District, new territories.

On both sides of the ridge are cliffs or slopes, shaped like a knife with upward blade. In the past, because of the misunderstanding caused by the local accent, dadaobi was called the big headed sheep. The second-class triangulation station of the survey and Mapping Office of the Hong Kong Lands Department, No. 415, is located at the top of dadaobi mountain. Dadaoyi is connected with beidadaoyi in the north. Both mountains are named after their shape. In order to separate the two, dadaobi can also be called nandaobi or nandaotou sheep. In addition, the word "Bi" of dadaoyu can also be written as "Er", that is, dadaoyu.
