Former residence of Ye Dingshi in lianmakeng village, Shatoujiao

Yip's former residence is located in Lianma Keng, Sha Tau Kok, Hong Kong. It was built in 1907 and funded by the eighth generation of Yip in Lianma Keng Village. Ye Dingshi joined the alliance in the early 1890s and actively supported Sun Yat Sen's revolutionary activities. Therefore, when ye built his house, it was like Sun Yat Sen's former residence in Cuiheng village. The historical background and architectural style of Yeh's former residence are of great value. Yeh's former residence was rated as a class II historical building by the Hong Kong antiquities and monuments office. The government published a constitution in November 2009, which promoted Yeh's former residence to a statutory monument in Hong Kong
