Heze Art Museum

Heze art museum is a local art museum. It is a public welfare institution at the deputy county level under the Cultural Bureau of Heze City, Shandong Province. It is located at 537 Huaying Road, Heze City, covering an area of 13000 square meters. The exhibition hall building with a construction area of more than 3000 square meters is in the north and the office area is in the West. The main building is a steel-concrete hollow roof structure with a majestic and solemn appearance. It was officially opened in April 1996.

The basic display of Heze museum is "Heze City collection of cultural relics exhibition", with an area of 296 square meters. It is divided into five parts: pottery, porcelain, bronze, jade and miscellaneous, with nearly 100 pieces on display. Among the more important exhibits are zaifuyou (late Shang Dynasty), gilded Buddha (Northern Qi Dynasty), etc. In the late Shang Dynasty, the bronze wine vessel zaifuyou was covered with mushroom shaped button. The top and belly of the vessel were decorated with animal face patterns, the edge and ring foot were decorated with Kui pattern and animal face patterns, the beam was decorated with hook pattern, and the two ends were decorated with cow head. There are three lines of 23 characters on the cover and the bottom of the vessel. The main idea is that when the king of Yin came back from hunting at doulu, he gave Zaifu five strings of shellfish. Zaifu made the vessel for his purpose. Other long-term special exhibitions mainly include "Heze woodblock Year Painting Exhibition", with an exhibition area of 296 square meters, "Heze Museum collection painting exhibition", with an exhibition area of 296 square meters.

history

In 1967, the former Heze regional Revolutionary Committee decided to build the "long live exhibition hall of Mao Zedong Thought in Heze area" in the east of the north wall of the East guanwai road and the south of the 1.76 retro legend Printing Factory Road, with three floors and a construction area of 1800 square meters. Completed in 1969, the original Heze regional Revolutionary Committee decided to change the building into Heze hotel in 1971 and renamed Heze regional exhibition hall in 1972. In June 1980, Heze regional exhibition hall was merged with Heze regional cultural relics management station to establish Heze regional cultural exhibition hall. In January 1985, Heze regional cultural exhibition hall was renamed Heze regional museum. In December 1991, Heze regional museum was selected to build a new museum, which was officially opened in April 1996. In 2000, Heze area was changed from land to city, so Heze area museum was renamed Heze City Museum.
