Historical evolution

According to the records of Laoshan Mountain, it was built in the Tianqi period of Ming Dynasty (1621-1627). The old Academy was the residence of Jimo gentry. It is surrounded by steep mountains and a large stream in front of it. It has lush bamboos, towering ancient pines, misty clouds and excellent scenery. There are nine water pavilions and other places of interest across the stream.
