(Anping foreign trade Memorial) (Class III historic site)
Established in the reign of Emperor Guangxu of the Qing Dynasty (1875-1895), Dongxing was mainly engaged in the export of camphor and sugar and the agency of shipping companies. Together with Yiji, Heji, Dongxing and zhoji, they are the five major foreign companies in Anping.
In the early days of Japan's ruling Taiwan, it was transformed into an Anping branch office, and later into a police station.
