Baiyun cave is located in the southern suburb of Wuhan City, 25 kilometers away from Wuchang railway station, with Beijing Guangzhou railway in the East, Yangtze River and national highway 107 in the West. Back to Bafen mountain, which is more than 270 meters above sea level, is a large natural karst cave. According to Jiangxia county annals, Baiyun cave is also known as Shidong. It is said that it is the fairyland where the white dragon fairy lives. It is also said that Huang He once lived in this cave after he left the Yellow Crane Tower in the past.
