Chengde Royal Guandi Temple

Chengde Guandi Temple scenic area, located 20 meters outside the palace wall on the southwest side of the main entrance of the summer resort, was built in 1732 of the Qing Dynasty. It is the only royal Guandi temple in China. The God offered by Guandi temple is Guan Yu, also known as Guan sage. There are 116 temples in Beijing in Qing Dynasty and 11 in Chengde city according to incomplete statistics.
