Renshou Heilongtan scenic spot

Renshou Heilongtan is located at the south foot of Longquan Mountain, about 10 kilometers away from Renshou County. It is known as "the first sea in Western Sichuan", storing 360 million cubic meters of water. On the surface of 236 square kilometers of water, 85 islands are scattered like bonsai. It has been listed as a provincial scenic spot. There are more than 10 areas with concentrated landscape in Heilongtan. For example, Penglai Island in Sandawan, the largest island group in the hinterland of the lake area, is composed of Xiaolian mountain, Amitabha mountain, Huaguo Mountain, Fengpi mountain and so on. The island is full of trees, which can enjoy flowers, sightseeing and fishing. Yinxigou Dragon Cave is located in the southeast of the lake area. It is said that black dragon once lived here. Longdong is about 1500 meters long and runs straight to the bottom of the lake. Chengushan, about 1km away from Longdong, is surrounded by water on three sides and 188 meters above the water surface. It is the commanding height of the lake. You can have a panoramic view of the water when you climb to the top of the mountain. There are 72 islands in the lake, with winding shores and shady trees. There are 10 unique scenic spots in the scenic spot: Daba, Sandawan, Penglai Island, qinglongzui botanical garden, Longyan cliff statues and stone carvings, painting and calligraphy, chengushan, qixingzhaoyue, Bayi islands, hanjiaba, baiguoba and shuangyanzi. Taiyi dam is located in the north of the lake area, where there are many cultural relics. For example, the dragon carved on the cliff is 10 meters long, with distinct scales, leaping on the cliff. Near Longya, there are two smooth stone walls. Strangely enough, you don't need a knife, ink or any trace to do calligraphy and painting, but if you pour water on it, calligraphy and painting can be presented in front of you, and the dots can be clearly drawn, which has become a century old mystery. Near Longya, there is a giant Buddha made in the Ming Dynasty, 15 meters high and 12 meters wide, standing majestically on the bank. The shuangyanzi scenic spot in the west of the lake has a wide water surface and white waves. There are hundreds of species of birds, such as wild ducks, egrets, grey cranes and swans. Qinglongzui in the middle of the lake area is the Provincial Forestry Experimental Farm, where there are hundreds of rare trees and flowers at home and abroad.
