Shaohuashan National Forest Park is located in the north foot of Qinling Mountains, 5 km southeast of Huaxian County, Shaanxi Province, 85 km west of Xi'an and 30 km east of Huashan Mountain. Development history

Shaohua was famous for its beauty thousands of years ago. It is recorded in the ancient geography books Shanhaijing, shuijingzhu and Yuanhe county annals. Zhang Heng, a famous scientist in the Eastern Han Dynasty, in his ode to Xijing, is known as "decorated with Erhua", which refers to Shaohua mountain and Taihua mountain at the same time; poets Du Mu, Zhang Qiao and Zheng Gu in the Tang Dynasty all praise Shaohua mountain.
