Development history

In 1986, by the decision of the people's Government of Kalaqin banner, Ma'anshan natural scenic area began to receive tourists officially, which is the earliest natural scenic tourist area in Chifeng area.

In 1993, it was approved as a national forest park by the Ministry of forestry.

In 2008, it was promoted to national 3A scenic spot.

Surrounding scenic spots

Corresponding to Ma'anshan is "huxiaoyan". To the north of the turning point of "huxiaoyan" highway, you can see a wide ditch, commonly known as lazigou. It is the center of the scenic spot with beautiful mountains and streams. On the north side of dalazigou stands Cuiping peak, which is adjacent to zhaotianjing. On the cliff at the top of another small peak grows a strange pine, which connects with another peak like a "immortal bridge" Flying North and south.

There are three stone pillars of different sizes on the back of the mountain to the north of "Xianren bridge", which are called "mother and son peak" like two innocent twins rushing to their mother's arms. There are also natural landscapes such as "tortoise and rabbit race", "carp jump over the dragon's gate" and "rocking stone" on the steep slope with large particles and strange rocks. In the north, a commanding height of 1488 meters above sea level, the watchtower. There are many stone pillars, like bamboo shoots, and the highest one is 10 meters. Looking north from the watchtower is a group of castle like rocks. The gap of the stone castle is similar to the gate of the city. On the left side of the castle is the Golden Rooster called the gate of heaven. On the southeast slope are the stone mushroom Ru, Mopanshi, wuzipai and other landscapes.

Strolling at the bottom of Heishan gully, you can see the upstream of the stream. The peaks on both sides of the stream face each other, and the canyon is deep. On the cliff in the East, there is a Huagai type exotic pine with a slightly inclined trunk and a charming look. This is the "welcoming pine" similar to Huangshan Mountain. Further on, when the water comes out, you will arrive at the main ditch, which is called the East-West corner on both sides. There are broad-leaved trees such as birch, Aspen, Mongolian camphor and pentagonal pine between the depressions. From a distance, it looks like an oil painting with heavy colors.
