Former site of Nanniwan reclamation area government

The former site of Nanniwan reclamation area government is located in Yangwan village, Nanniwan town. Nanniwan reclamation area government was established on May 1, 1944. Zhang Zhonghan, head of a regiment of the 359 brigade, is the district head, while Yang Zhengzhai, director of Nanniwan farm, general office of the border region government, is the deputy district head and Secretary of the district Party committee. The Reclamation District government is directly under the district commissioner's office. In July 1948, Nanniwan reclamation area and Gulin County merged to form Linzhen county. It is under the jurisdiction of Baota District.
