Hengshan National Forest Park

Hengshan is located in the western suburb of Guangde County. It's named Hengshan because it looks like a mountain in the distance. Although the mountain is not high, it has a beautiful scenery. Since ancient times, it is not only a place for scholars to visit, but also a good place for urban residents to go for an outing and climb on the Double Ninth Festival during the Qingming Festival. At the top and foot of the mountain, there are some ancient buildings, such as the Ming Buddhist temple, the Great Buddha Hall, the Sanzhong temple, the Dragon King Temple, as well as some places of interest, such as the sacrificial platform and Panluo Pavilion. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, great efforts have been made to plant trees, and now the pine forests are all over the mountains and are lush. In the early 1990s, it was listed as a national forest park. Hengshan was one of the ten scenic spots of Guangde in ancient times. Now, there is another scenery when you climb the mountain. But you can see the green fields, the rivers and canals, the towering ancient pagodas, the scattered new buildings and the new appearance of the ancient city. At the West foot of Hengshan Mountain, there is a small hill, which was the camp for Yue Fei to fight against gold. The local people called it "Yingpanshan", also known as zhazhaiwei. According to historical records, when Yue Fei fought against Jin Wushu, he had Chen's troops in Hengshan, ten li company, and his military capacity was very magnificent. He had six battles and six victories, but he had to be transferred because of the shortage of military supplies. That night, Yue Fei sent an order: the military flag embroidered with the word "Yue" was planted all over the hills around Hengshan, and the hind legs of the sheep were suspended, so that the sheep's front hooves could beat the drums desperately, and then quietly led the army to withdraw. The next morning, the Jin soldiers saw the flags flying all over the mountain and the drums ringing everywhere. They thought that the Yue army was going to attack and did not dare to act rashly. By the time he was aware of it, Yue Jun had disappeared.

Hengshan National Forest Park

Hengshan National Forest Park is located in Guangde County, Xuancheng City, Anhui Province, at the junction of Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Anhui provinces.

Hengshan mountain lies like a mountain in the distance, hence its name. Zhu Yuanzhang was named "the first mountain of heroes in the world".

Hengshan National Forest Park is located in the middle subtropical climate zone, with a total area of 1000 hectares. It takes the forest landscape as the main body, and the ancestral temple culture and bamboo culture as the main features. The ancestral temple, bamboo garden, Muzi villa, Muzi resort, Bamboo Botanical Garden and Hengshan Reservoir complement each other. Hengshan overlooking is the top ten ancient scenic spots in Guangde.

Location context

Hengshan National Forest Park is located in the southeast of Anhui Province, in the western suburb of Guangde County, 2 kilometers away from the county. The geographical coordinates are between 119 ° 02 '- 119 ° 04'e and 30 ° 37' - 31 ° 12'e. Taijidong scenic spot is located in the northeast, close to Luhu bamboo sea in the South and Tianzi Lake scenic spot in the West. The total planning area is 1000 hectares, and the core area is 164 hectares.

Hengshan National Forest Park is located in the transition zone of hills and hills in the residual veins of Tianmu Mountain and Huangshan Mountain. It belongs to the Quaternary regeneration layer and Cretaceous red sand shale, with red soil as the main zonal soil and some purple soil and lime soil. The landform is mainly mountainous and consists of five peaks, namely Xiaoping mountain, Daheng mountain, Xiaoheng mountain, shitoushan mountain and changshanling mountain. The highest peak is 135.2 meters above sea level. Its geographical characteristics are high in the South and low in the north, high in the West and low in the East. From the South and West, the Mountains lie on the ground. The shape of the mountain is simple, with an altitude of about 100 meters and no steep cliffs.

Liangshan river is the main river in Hengshan National Forest Park, forming Hengshan Reservoir with a total area of more than 200 mu.

Botany

By 2007, the vegetation in Hengshan National Forest Park is mainly plantation, with the forest coverage rate of 91%. The main plants are Pinus massoniana, Cunninghamia lanceolata, Lysimachia fortunei, bamboo, Pinus tabulaeformis, Osmanthus fragrans, Liquidambar formosana, Quercus spp., Paulownia fortunei, Robinia pseudoacacia, chestnut, tea, mulberry, Quercus spp., Rhododendron, Huaxiang, Imperata, pteridophytes, etc.

By 2007, there were nearly 100 species of animals in Hengshan National Forest Park, including more than 40 species of birds, 20 species of mammals and 10 species of amphibians and reptiles.

Temple of ancestral temple

Built in 1998, Cishan temple is mainly composed of Cishan hall, Daxiong hall, Guanyin hall, nianfo hall, sutra Pavilion and Cishan square.

Golden pine forest

Qianqian pine forest is located in front of Muzi villa. It is a plantation. It was planted in 1963 and covers an area of about 30 mu. There is a bamboo structure Pavilion inside.

Forest oxygen bar

Located in changshanling, the forest oxygen bar is an artificial forest planted in 1963, mainly composed of Pinus massoniana and other tree species, rich in negative ions and plant essence.

Field development center

The field development center mainly includes some traditional development projects, such as back fall, GPS crossing, GPS treasure hunting, mining area water fetching, ancient well exploration, Trojan horse gallop, ape Mount Tai, flying across the air, cliff, tianluodiwang, Lingbo micro step, etc.

Development and construction

In 1994, the former Ministry of forestry approved the establishment of Hengshan National Forest Park.

In 2005, 1100 meters of cement pavement, 1700 meters of low-voltage power supply lines and 1500 meters of water supply pipelines were built in the park.

In 2008, after improving part of the infrastructure, tourism landscape and ecological environment construction, it was rated as national 3A scenic spot.

Local specialties

Mandarin fish in brown sauce

Braised mandarin fish with peach blossom: fresh mandarin fish in peach blossom season is taken. The fish is dipped in soy sauce and fried in oil to make it light yellow. It is cooked with Diced Pork, spring bamboo shoots, green onion, ginger, salt, cooking wine and chicken soup.

Tiger skin hairy tofu

Hu PI Mao tofu ferments tofu artificially to make its surface grow a layer of white fur, which is named because the fur is fried and roasted to show tiger skin stripes.
