Caoxi Temple

Caoxi temple is located in the middle branch of Anning Congshan mountain, 41 kilometers away from Kunming, the spring city. It has green trees, green grass, many peaks and clouds. Between the cliffs and valleys, the spring is Cong Zheng, the birds are singing and the cicadas are singing. In the middle of the mountain, there is a famous ancient jungle temple. Caoxi temple has a history of more than 900 years. Caoxi temple is located in the front of Tanglangchuan, with its back on Congshan mountain, surrounded by Biji, Longma and Bijia peaks. The temple is situated in the middle of the mountain, with a majestic and dangerous weather. In addition to the spectacle of "Tianhan Baoyue", there are many inscriptions in the temple. The most valuable work is "rebuilding the stele of Caoxi Temple". In the front yard of the main hall, there is an ancient plum tree. It is said that it was planted by monks in the Yuan Dynasty. Although it is dry and weak, it is still a rare ancient tree. About half a kilometer to the south of the temple, there is a Longtan with a diameter of more than two feet and a water depth of 3-4 feet. The pool water is clear and bottomed out. Every morning, afternoon and evening, the pool water boils. The local people call it "three dynasties of holy water" and it is one of the "eight tranquil scenes". In the southeast of the temple, along the mountain, there is another deep pool. The spring gushes out like a string of beads. People come to the edge of the pool. Suddenly feel cool through the body. People call it pearl spring. Caoxi scenery, set off each other, Millennium Temple with its wonderful and magical charm, attracting tourists at home and abroad.

Caoxi Temple

Caoxi temple is located in Seoul, South Korea. The pagoda tree and white pine in front of Daxiong hall are nearly 100 years old trees. Among them, the Sophora tree is 26 meters high. In summer, the dense branches and leaves project a huge shade in the sun, making the temple more quiet.

The origin of temples

From the prosperous Zhonglu block to Anguo station, not far away is Caoxi temple. As soon as you enter the temple gate, the first thing you see is the elegant ancient trees. White pine is an ancient tree designated as a natural monument, which has high value. In front of the pagoda tree is the main hall in the center of the temple.

Built in 1938, Daxiong hall is larger and more magnificent than the qinzheng hall in Jingde palace. Inside the hall, you can see not only the statue of Sakyamuni and the worshippers, but also the beautiful Danqing. The seven storey stone pagoda in front of the main hall is decorated with real relics.

Traffic routes

① Take subway line 1, get off at Zhongge station, walk about 70 meters from exit 2, pass KFC, and then walk 100 meters. On the left side is the road leading to Caoxi temple. It takes 10 minutes on foot. You can also download the offline map to view the specific location at the conference.

② Take Metro Line 3, get off at Anguo station, get out from exit 6, walk 50 meters, cross the crosswalk in front of East Germany Gallery, walk 50 meters to the left, and the road leading to Caoxi temple is on the right. It takes 10 minutes on foot.

③ Get off at Guanghuamen station, get out from exit 2, walk 100 meters along the road in front of the U.S. Embassy, and you will arrive at Zhonglu District hall. Walk 50 meters from Zhonglu District hall, and you will arrive at YTN parking lot. You can arrive at Caoxi temple from the path between the parking lot and Hanya bank. It takes 10 minutes on foot.
