Taiping mountain scenic spot is located in Shinan District of Qingdao City, Shandong Province. It is the largest scenic spot in Qingdao City, with natural mountain forest, forest, flowers and other animal and plant landscapes as the main body. It is one of the climbing scenic spots in Qingdao. Taiping mountain, formerly known as Huishan, is 150 meters above sea level and the highest peak in Qingdao. During the period of German occupation, it was called "yirtis mountain" and built a fort. Later, it was renamed "Xushan". After the Chinese government took back Qingdao, it was named "Taiping mountain".
