It is a two-story brick wood mixed structure Western-style building. It faces south from the north. The main gate faces east. There is a parking platform in front of the gate. There is a corridor in the south, a living room inside, a floor to floor long window in the whole room, and a terrace 0.4 meters high outside, with stone steps in front. The facade of the building is mainly composed of simple and straight lines of modern buildings, the walls are decorated with pink tiles, the veranda is polished stone floor, and the roof slope is large, covered with green glazed tiles. The interior decoration is exquisite, with living room, study, dormitory, toilet, etc., and the building facilities are complete. The floor layout is similar to that of the ground floor. There are four tall cedars in the lawn center of lounan garden, which are covered with pavilions and pavilions. They are paved with paths on all sides, planted with flowers and trees, and surrounded by leaky windows and flower walls, giving people a sense of peace and ease. This building was built once in 1945. It was purchased by the maternal and child health station in the early 1950s and later returned to changmen hotel. In recent years, it has been repaired once, the structure has not been changed, the interior decoration has changed slightly, and the status quo is good.
