Production steps:

Step 1: knead all ingredients except ham sausage, cucumber, chocolate and salad dressing in bread maker for 30 minutes. 35 grams of egg liquid in the ingredient list, leaving 10 grams for reserve.

Step 2: knead the dough until extended and wait for fermentation.

Step 3: when the dough is 2 or 5 times bigger, take out the dough and roll it repeatedly.

Step 4: after exhausting, divide it into 8 parts and let it stand for 15 minutes.

Step 5: divide 4 portions into 8 portions to make frog eyes. The other four are for the head of the frog.

Step 6: poke two holes in the large dough with scissors and pinch a sharp point at the bottom of the small dough.

Step 7: brush some egg liquid on the place where the hole is poked and on the small dough, so that the frog's eyes can stick firmly, and wait for 2 times of fermentation.

Step 8: once the dough is 1.5 times larger, brush the egg liquid on the surface of the bread, put it in the middle layer of the oven, 170 degrees, heat up and down, bake for about 15 minutes.

Step 9: because the frog's eyes are close to the upper heating tube, color it, cover it with a piece of tin foil and continue to bake it.

Step 10: cool the baked bread.
