Limutai scenic spot in Jixian county is one of the three scenic spots in Jiulongshan National Forest Park in Tianjin. Sandstone peak forest landform - a series of steep peaks, closely linked mountains, forming a peak forest, spectacular and beautiful.

Dengtian fissure: because the rock veins running through the mountain are weathered and denuded, the mountain seems to be split in two, and the two walls stand upright, just like a line. Being in it is like a gap in the sky.

Wuzhi Mountain - from here, you can see that the side line of the mountain is straight and straight, and the hillside line is steep and steep. There are five peaks, which are straight and magnificent, just like the Buddha's "five fingers stretching to the sky".

Fold structure: the rock strata are subjected to horizontal compressive stress and bend, which is called fold. Generally, regional or local stress direction can be analyzed according to fold structure.

Huanglabong waterfall: when a mountain river flows through a local cliff bed, the phenomenon of river pouring is called Waterfall. Huanglapeng waterfall has a steep river bed and a height of nearly 20 meters. The river is flying down, which is very spectacular.

Collapse - the vertical joints of quartz sandstone are well developed here, which are orthogonal to the stratum level. Because the bottom of rock mass is scoured by water all the year round, the rock blocks collapse and slide continuously, forming a vertical cliff.

Qianlanglang mural is a cliff made of quartz sandstone with developed bedding. Due to long-term erosion, dissolution and weathering, the rock surface is uneven, like the wind blowing over the water surface, rolling up a thousand layers of waves.

Luotuofeng quartz sandstone is intercalated by dikes, which are weathered and eroded to form cliff. In the distance, the ridge looks like a camel, with its head, twin peaks and tail clearly visible. It is formed by erosion, weathering and denudation of sandstone.

The monkeys welcome the sun - this is the pictograph left by the weathering and denudation of the gentle quartz sandstone due to the development of vertical joints, just like the monkeys in the East.

The Sutra Pavilion, a stone tablet, shows that the 1.8-billion-year-old thick quartz sandstone has formed a single-sided mountain. Due to the development of joints, the stacked rocks are like countless books in the Sutra Pavilion.
