Shangri resort is located on the South Bank of the world's first sea crossing bridge "Hangzhou Bay sea crossing bridge" and in Henghe Town, Cixi City, China's "hometown of Bayberry". It covers an area of 1200 mu. With green mountains and lakes, colorful world, and full of natural fruits, it is like a paradise in the world. In 2010, it was awarded the honorary title of "China's top ten rural cooperative Demonstration Park base" by the Ministry of agriculture of the people's Republic of China. It is the birthplace of China's "red bayberry" culture and left the footprints of Emperor Qianlong's inspection tour in Jiangnan. It is the first "American" West Point Military Academy expansion training camp and bayberry culture center in China, and the only high-altitude sliding rope and off-road vehicle sports base in Ningbo. The manor is divided into five areas: characteristic planting area, health preservation area, leisure area, fitness area and comprehensive service area. Among them: the characteristic planting areas include forest area, the world peony flower area successfully tested and more than 200 varieties of trees and colorful flowers such as Ginkgo biloba, Sophora japonica, golden willow, five needle pine, etc.; the vegetable area is dominated by a variety of health vegetables, which are pure natural and pollution-free; there are more than 10 varieties of fruit trees such as Myrica rubra, cherry, plum, apricot, pear, peach, persimmon, etc.; at the same time, the intercropping crops in the planting area include Soybeans, peanuts, sweet potatoes, etc., as well as a large area of green bamboo forest and Longjing tea garden.

There are various farmhouses, forest courtyard, bamboo house, etc. in the health preservation area, as well as surface aquaculture and large central square, Health Preservation Center, etc. The leisure area has standard guest rooms, supporting vegetable garden, youth education base, small zoo, various traditional agricultural tools display and small ancient culture display. The outdoor fitness sports area includes upstream water park, expanding high-altitude events, bamboo maze, CS playground, cruise ship, rock climbing, the first cross-country car in Ningbo, motorcycle training camp, high-altitude sliding rope, etc.
