Jiaxi eighteen vortex

Pan'an eighteen vortex scenic spot is now a national AAA scenic spot. It is located in the northeast area of Pan'an County, Jinhua, Zhejiang Province. It is 2.5km away from Jianshan town and 55km away from Anwen town. It is adjacent to the 19th peak of Chuanyan mountain in Xinchang. Pan'an new highway passes through the edge of the scenic spot with convenient transportation. In ancient times, strong orogeny and long-term erosion of water created the "Grand Canyon in central Zhejiang" spectacle.

Jiaxi is the source of Cao'e River. The relative height difference between the valley and Yushan platform is more than 200 meters. The steep walls on both sides of the stream stand against each other, and the clouds rise. The stream is narrow and winding, and the current is fast, forming countless waterfall, dangerous vortex and deep pool, among which the 18 vortex is the most famous. 　　

Both sides of the eighteen vortices are forced by dangerous cliffs. The river bed with a length of nearly 1000 meters falls suddenly. The current falls into the pool with the trend, causing a great disturbance. "One wave is not flat, another wave rises again." the roaring torrent drills through the valley and forms eighteen successive dangerous vortices and deep pools. The scenic area has undulating peaks, jagged rocks and beautiful waterfalls. The landscape is characterized by majestic, strange, dangerous, beautiful, secluded and ancient. After the baptism of wind and rain, Jiaxi scenic area is showing in a more beautiful manner in front of the world.
