Zhangguo Laoshan, Xingtai

Zhangguolaoshan is a national AA scenic spot and the first batch of provincial scenic spots in Hebei Province. With an area of 10 square kilometers, the scenic spot is a famous historical and cultural mountain in Xingtai, with an altitude of 450.7 meters. It is located in Huining Town, 15 kilometers away from the western suburb of Xingtai City. It is named after the legend that Zhang Guo escaped from Emperor Xuanzong of the Tang Dynasty to recruit his son-in-law, pretended to die suddenly, and then lived in seclusion in this mountain to practice Taoism. Zhangguo Laoshan has a long history and rich cultural heritage, which is almost a household name in the central and southern part of Hebei Province.
