Lushan National Forest Park

Lushan Mountain is one of the four mountains in Shandong Province. It is located in the center of Shandong Province. It is the birthplace of the four rivers of Zi, Wen, MI and Yi. The main peak, Guanyun peak, is 1108.3 meters above sea level, the highest peak in central Shandong. Lushan Forest Park is located in the core of the main peak, with a total area of 42 square kilometers. It is a typical mountain scenic spot with mountains, ravines, waterfalls and springs, and dense forests.

Lushan National Forest Park

Lushan National Forest Park is located in the center of Shandong Province. Guanyun peak, the main peak, is 1108.3 meters above sea level. It is the highest peak in central Shandong, with an area of 42 square kilometers. It is an important scenic spot of Boshan scenic spot.

The park is planned to be botanical garden, guanyunfeng, mingshishan, Hualin, Donghai and Beiping, and more than 140 scenic spots, such as Yunhai sunrise, four heroes competition, Yueshang Tingtao, Summer Bird Club, Wanshi labyrinth, tuochan temple, ghost city, yiyiyitian, YUNTI Wonderland, zaoshuyu and dengtiangou waterfall, mingshishan strange stone, Daogou forest bath, Beiping Jiangnan Water Town, etc.

The forest coverage rate is 95%. There are more than 1300 kinds of plants, 168 kinds of birds, 22 kinds of mammals and 561 kinds of insects. It can be called the animal and plant kingdom of central Shandong.

Historical evolution

Lushan used to be the Royal horse farm in yuan, Ming and Qing Dynasties. After the founding of the people's Republic of China, Lushan was the first batch of state-owned forest farms established by the state. The ecological environment has been completely protected and there are few cultural traces.

Tuochan temple in Lushan was built in the reign of emperor Liang Wu in the northern and Southern Dynasties. It has been more than 1400 years. It is the most popular temple in Lushan area.

Climate temperature

Lushan is a warm temperate continental humid monsoon climate with abundant annual precipitation (average annual precipitation is 700mm). It is the birthplace of Zihe, Wenhe, Mishan and Yihe rivers. The annual average temperature is 12.4 ℃, and the annual maximum temperature is 17.8 ℃. Species conservation

Lushan Botanical Garden covers an area of 7000 mu, running through the whole garden along the main road to the foot of Guanyun peak. Green bamboo garden, chestnut garden, magnolia garden, pine and cypress garden, Robinia pseudoacacia garden, red leaf garden and other parks have begun to take shape. The Metasequoia glyptostroboides and Ginkgo biloba in the park belong to the first level of national key protected plants; Zoysia japonica, wild soybean and Tilia amurensis are the second level of national key protected plants; there are 3 species of plants listed in the Convention on international trade in endangered species of wild animals and plants; 4 species are listed in the Red Book of rare and endangered plants of China; and 26 species are listed in the rare and endangered plants of Shandong Province.

Zaoshuyu waterfall

The location of the waterfall is also known as Dishui cliff because it drips continuously all the year round. The landscape of zaoshuyu waterfall varies throughout the year. In the spring and Autumn period, the rain is scarce, and the waterfalls hang down like a curtain of beads and float away with the wind. In the middle of winter, ice sculpture and jade hanging, crystal clear, a glass world. In midsummer, especially after the thunderstorm, the waterfall flows down like a silver river, and Bailian is hanging in the air. The sound of the water is like thunder, deafening, and it can be heard for several miles.

Flower cliff

Huaya is located in the south slope of zaoshuyu, where the mountain is steep and steep. At the top of 800 meters above sea level, there are a large number of wild rhododendrons, and more than 1000 mu of Forsythia are distributed in the middle and lower parts.

Ladder

Lushan cloud ladder is a step cut from the steep bare rock. It is not as long as Mount Tai's eighteen plates, but more dangerous than the eighteen plates. There are 302 steps on the ladder, which means to wish you "every step up, good luck one after another".

rainforest

The beautiful forest environment makes the air fresh and clean. It is a natural forest bathing place. The content of negative oxygen ions, known as "vitamins" in the air, reaches 1800-2000 per cubic meter, 20 times that in the air of industrial cities, and is praised as "natural oxygen bar" by experts and scholars.

Liang wangquan

Liangwangquan is a clear spring at an altitude of more than 900 meters in Lushan. It is said that when the king of Liang led the soldiers to fight and passed by, everyone was very thirsty because of the hot weather. King Liang sent people out to look for water, but they all failed. The soldiers were unwilling to leave, and the march was interrupted. The king of Liang was very worried. He jumped off his horse and sat down on the ground. It didn't matter. After a while, the spring water flowed out of the place where he had sat. If you look carefully, there are indeed traces of people sitting around the spring mouth.

Stone maze

Wanshi labyrinth covers an area of more than 300 mu, which is divided into Nangong, Zhonggong and Beigong. The roads in the labyrinth are connected with each other, and the caves are connected with each other.

Labyrinth is a natural support hole formed by numerous huge round "stone eggs", which is called "stone egg landform" in geology. It is very rare in North China that Shidan landform is located at a high altitude of nearly 1000 meters and has a large area of accumulation.

Lushan yixiantian

Lushan line of sky, about 100 meters long, 20 meters high, wide only allows one person to pass by, by expert research, unique in North China. Only by crossing a line of sky can we fully understand the artistic conception of "a line of light through the stone gap, and a thousand years of scenery in the world".

Wolong mountain

Standing on the Dragon watching platform, turning around and looking back, the "stone labyrinth" just passed has become a giant dragon, perched in the green trees and pines. I saw it head up to the sky, dragon tail high, scales and claws flying, is about to fly away. This mountain is Wolong mountain.

Cloud watching bee

Guanyun peak, the main peak of Lushan Mountain, is 1108.3 meters above sea level, the highest peak in central Shandong Province and the fourth highest mountain in Shandong Province. Tuochan Temple

Tuochan temple was built during the reign of Emperor Wu of Liang Dynasty in the northern and Southern Dynasties. It is composed of three parts: Daxiong hall, Zhigong tower and Zhigong temple. It has been more than 1400 years. It is the most popular temple in Lushan area. Every year on the 15th of the third month of the lunar calendar is the temple fair in Lushan. There are tens of thousands of pilgrims. One of the origins of the name of tuochan temple is that when Zhigong donkey brought the scriptures from Hangzhou, he was tired to death ten donkeys along the way. When Zhigong read that donkey had done a good job in carrying the Scriptures, he named the temple tuochan temple. Another theory is that the whole mountain range of Lushan is shaped like a dragon, and the temple is just built on the back of the dragon. The dragon carries the temple, so it is called tuochan temple.
