Xiaoxitian

Xiaoxitian is located on the top of Fenghuang Mountain in the west of Xixian County, Shanxi Province. Founded in 1629, it has a history of more than 380 years. It is a national key cultural relics protection unit. The original name of the temple is qianfo'an, which is named after the Thousand Buddhas in the main hall. Later, it was renamed Xiaoxitian because of the title "Tao enters the Western Heaven" in the forehead of chongmen, which was in accordance with the legal meaning of the Buddhist Western Heaven.
