Pearl of Puning (Plateau Pearl scenic spot)

This is a TV Tower with functions of radio and television, tourism and city planning. It is another important project of Pudong's aid to Xining. Its total investment is 145 million yuan, 188 meters high, about 1/3 of the Oriental Pearl TV Tower. But it is said to be the most versatile sightseeing tower in China.
