Leichi Lake ecotourism resort is located in the beautiful Wuchang lake of Gaoshi Town, Wangjiang county. With a total investment of 3 billion yuan, the project is jointly developed by Hong Kong Wantai International Investment Co., Ltd. and Anhui Qingyuan group. It is planned to build a tourist resort, Wuchang Lake eco-tourism wetland, demonstration area, guleichi Cultural Park, conference center, resort hotel, water sports base, outdoor development center, rare botanical garden, golf driving range, local culture exhibition center, etc.

Wuchang lake and Qingcao lake are collectively referred to as Wuchang lake. Located on the left bank of the Yangtze River, Anqing Jiujiang highway passes through the lake. It is a part of the relic of ancient Leichi. It is a depression in the fault zone and a stagnant Lake in the valley formed by long-term siltation and ponding of the Yangtze River sediment. It is a freshwater lake. The water area of the scenic spot is 102.5 square kilometers, 6 kilometers away from the urban area. It is rich in aquatic resources, and Wuchang is famous both at home and abroad for its fish and crabs. The lake is beautiful with eight scenic spots, including Houtan yingyue, longkan hot spring, Moya Baishi, Dukou Honglian, Chihu Yuri, Zhengtang stele, Shuangjie cemetery, etc.
