Baiyutang scenic spot belongs to Baiyangping, Tianping village, Heye Town, Shuangfeng County, Hunan Province, covering an area of more than 10000 square meters. It was built in 1808, the 13th year of Jiaqing period in Qing Dynasty. It is the residence of Zeng Xinggang, Zeng Guofan's grandfather.

Baiyutang, built in 1808, was the residence of Zeng Xinggang, Zeng Guofan's grandfather. It is a typical architectural style of central Hunan in Ming and Qing Dynasties, with brick and wood structure and symmetrical along the central axis. It is divided into two parts and four parts. There are also private schools, Li Jian Zhai and granary. It covers an area of more than 10000 square meters and a construction area of more than 3000 square meters. There are trough doors on both sides of the pond in front of the gate, and the word "fangmai Qunyan" is on the lintel. The local people call it "Python vine", and there is a legend of Zeng Guofan's "Python reincarnation". There is also a local story about the Gleditsia sinensis and Wisteria: in the 18th year of Daoguang, when Zeng Guofan was a Jinshi, the old tree Wisteria suddenly grew luxuriant and green; in the Xianfeng years, Zeng Guofan repeatedly failed to fight with the Taiping army, and the old tree Wisteria fell several times; When Zeng Guofan's Hunan army conquered Nanjing and became the best official, the old tree Wisteria sprouted new branches and blossomed again, swaying in the wind and elated. After Zeng Guofan's death, the old tree Wisteria withered and died.
