Weishan Lake Wetland Museum is composed of three parts: wetland culture exhibition, wetland vegetation viewing and dynamic ring screen cinema. It focuses on wetland ecological landscape. It is the carrier of wetland culture and canal culture, wetland science popularization and education base, and the first comprehensive wetland culture museum in northern China.

The exhibition hall of Weishan Lake Museum consists of 10 parts: preface hall, world wetland, China wetland, Weishan Lake wetland, wetland protection, interaction hall, aquatic botanical garden, Sanxi theater, 4D cinema and office area. The shape of Weishan Lake Museum adopts bionic concept, which imitates the wetland red lotus. It is composed of three lotus leaves and a bunch of budding lotus flowers. It is coordinated with the surrounding wetland environment, integrates wetland ecology, wetland culture, wetland plants and dynamic film and television viewing, and focuses on the ecological landscape of Lakeside wetland, domestic and international wetland, so as to achieve the feeling of being personally on the scene. The museum breaks the display mode of simple pictures and words in general museums, and adopts a large number of landscape restoration, sound, light, electricity, information technology, and various advanced interactive techniques. The content of science and technology is the highest in Asia. In addition to being scientific, knowledgeable and educational, it also has the characteristics of strong interest and entertainment.
