Qibugou scenic spot

Bugou scenic spot is located in the living water town of Wu'an, Hebei Province, and the hinterland of Wu'an National Geopark and National Forest Park. It is named after the "seven step Lotus" in Buddhist culture. Covering an area of about 15 square kilometers, the scenic spot is composed of six scenic spots: Gate view, leisure and vacation, Baipu gorge, Luohan gorge, mawuzhai and sanlengshan. It integrates ecotourism, religion, history and culture, red tourism and leisure.

Qibugou scenic spot is located in Wuan Huoshui Township, Handan City, Hebei Province, and the hinterland of Wuan National Geopark and National Forest Park, with a total area of 20 square kilometers. It is composed of six scenic spots: Gate Scenic Spot, leisure resort, Baipu gorge, Luohan gorge, sanlengshan and mawuzhai. It is a collection of green, ancient, red tourism resources and unique geological resources.

Qibugou scenic spot was re planned and constructed in May 2009, with a total investment of 1.2 billion yuan. With the first ski resort, aerial ropeway, CS real shooting, outward bound training, tourist center and four-star Tianmen Lake Hotel in Southern Hebei, it is a national AAAA tourist attraction and a key tourism construction project in Hebei Province.

Qibugou, formerly known as "qipugou", is named after the lacquer trees growing in the mountains and the common people making a living by opening lacquer shops. Scenic spot construction

Qibugou scenic area was developed in 2003.

In May 2009, the overall planning and construction was carried out again, and the first phase (May 2009 - may 2012) focused on the construction of gate scenic spot, Baipu Gorge Scenic Spot, Luohan Gorge Scenic Spot, ski resort, corresponding Tianmen Lake Hotel, tourist reception center, cableway and other supporting service facilities.

It was put into operation on May 1, 2012. The second phase (may 2012 - 2020) includes mawuzhai, the ruins of the 129th division hospital of the Eighth Route Army, the temple complex of Luohan cave, the five-star resort, the field development training of sanlengshan, SC real gun shooting, water park and other supporting projects, as well as the areas where the scenic spots are not fully developed.

Main attractions

Tianmen Mountain

The peak body is red quartz sandstone of Mesoproterozoic, surrounded by cliffs, with an altitude of more than 1000 meters and a gentle top, geologically known as Fangshan. They are like two mountain gods guarding the gate of qibugou. Through these two mountain gates, the myriad weather of qibugou scenic area is dimly visible.

Shanmen

Grand momentum, simple and unique, is the imitation of Han Dynasty architecture. The Mountain Gate embodies the culture of Han Dynasty. On the front, the three gilded characters "qibugou" were written by the calligrapher Ouyang Zhongshi, and on the back, there is a record of Ma Wu in Houhanshu. The bronze sculpture hanging in the middle is the appearance of the Dragon when it was born, and the four white jade reliefs next to it are the four gods of Taoism: green dragon, white tiger, rosefinch and Xuanwu.

Ski Field

The ski resort is located in the southeast of qibugou scenic area, covering an area of 150000 square meters. It is the first ski resort in Southern Hebei. The snow storage time of the ski resort is more than 120 days, and the huge artificial snow making system covers every snowway, which makes qibugou Ski Resort have the advantages of good snow quality, large amount of snow and long snow period. The ski resort has an international standard intermediate ski track, one primary ski track, one flying saucer ski track and children's entertainment area. It has international advanced snow making and pressing equipment and international famous brand ski equipment.

Nan Tianzhu

The South Tianzhu is a peak pillar formed by quartz sandstone joints, collapse and weathering. It is more than 100 meters high. It rises from the ground and rises into the clouds. The surrounding terrain is low-lying, and its isolated peak features are highlighted in the distance, so it is called "South Tianzhu". Near, looking up, four steep walls, like a knife cut axe. The shape of the peak is peculiar, and the viewing forms are different from different angles. The local people also call the peak "the root of life", which is also known as "Yangshan" in the tourism industry.

Tianmen Lake

Located at the foot of Tianmen Mountain, the water area is more than 1000 square meters. The towering Tianmen Mountain is reflected in the lake, with beautiful scenery. There is a water reading Pavilion in the southeast corner of the lake, which is meaningful. From here, the water can flow on the dam in rainy season. From here to the west, the zigzag bridge along the lake is called zigzag bridge, which means the zigzag and bright road of life.

Baipu Gorge

This gorge is about two kilometers long, with many waterfalls and flowing springs in rainy season, so it is called Baipu gorge. This gorge is the main part of qibugou waterscape, with thousands of shapes, twists and turns, secluded and unobstructed seasons and continuous water flow. According to the situation of the gorge, the lower part of the gorge forms many beautiful mountains and lakes, which are connected with the upper part of the gorge by natural or artificial means. Every summer and autumn, the mountains and waters roar and rush down. The gorge water and waterfalls make the deep and tortuous gorge misty and cool.

Tianjing Lake

Located in the middle of Baipu gorge, the water of Baipu gorge falls down along the cliff, forming a beautiful waterfall. Below the waterfall is a huge pool with a depth of more than 20 meters. Amazingly, this clear, dark green pool is surrounded by a ring-shaped mountain on three sides, leaving only the east side to form a natural dam.

Luohan Gorge

The gorge from Tianjing lake to the north is called Luohan gorge, which leads to Luohan cave and baiyun temple, the "secluded ancient Buddha land". There are 500 statues of Luohan in this gorge.

Combat readiness Hospital of 129th Division

The 129th division war preparation hospital is hidden in the mountains. During the Anti Japanese War, Liu Bocheng and Deng Xiaoping, who were powerful in Taihang mountain area, visited the wounded soldiers in the hospital. Now as a patriotic education base for tourists to visit.

Mahu Village

Mahu village, 1680 meters above sea level, is a general Mahu training ground for Liu Xiu in the Eastern Han Dynasty. Climbing high and looking far, you can have a panoramic view of Taihang.
