Wuchidao Scenic Area

Wuchi road is the oldest official road connecting Yunnan and the mainland. Although it is narrow, it is as important as the 50 step "Chi road" built by the first emperor of Qin Dynasty in other parts of the country. It is an important business road between Yunnan and Shu.

Doushaguan, formerly known as shimenguan, is located 22 kilometers southwest of Yanjin County in Zhaotong, Yunnan Province. It is the first dangerous pass for ancient people from Sichuan to Yunnan. A huge stone gate was formed, which blocked the main road of ancient Yunnan and Sichuan. On the cliff of the West Bank is engraved with the words "South Yunnan hub", which is as dangerous as this. It is known as "the first pass in South Yunnan". The ancient people entered Yunnan from Shu Road, which is the first pass into Yunnan and the boundary between the Central Plains and the wild land.
