The architectural features and gardening style of Jiangnan folk houses and Suzhou gardens are adopted in the museum. The exterior of the building is pasted with walls and tiles, with antique flavor. The whole venue is divided into three courtyards, one is the embroidery history museum, which shows the historical context of the development of embroidery technology in the past 3000 years since the Western Zhou Dynasty. Erjin is the master hall and temporary exhibition area, which mainly displays the representative works of 14 masters in Zhenhu. Sanjin is a museum of Arts and crafts and a museum of fine arts.
