Harbin Saint Nicholas Church, also known as "central temple", commonly known as "lamatai", was originally located in qinjiagang central square in Harbin, which is now Hongbo square in Nangang District, Harbin City, Heilongjiang Province, China. The church was built in 1900 and destroyed during the cultural revolution in 1966. It used to be the hub of Orthodox Church in the whole East Asia, far more important than the "St. Sophia Cathedral" in Harbin, and the most representative building in Harbin.
